Why drive to Los Angeles to experience the food truck movement when it's HERE in Ventura County! Come out with friends and family on October 18th from 12-5pm (VIP and team entrance at 11 AM) and enjoy a day of sunshine filled with supreme cuisine, great music and a chance to team up and play a couple rounds of bocce ball with friends and family! For one low price, you will be able to access Food Trucks, sip on a glass of wine or craft beer, groove out to 4 of the best local bands and have a chance to learn and play the best Italian game ever invented...Bocce Ball! Know how to play already? Enter the Limoneira Bocce Tournament for a chance to win $500 cash prize and the coveted Limoneira Ranch Bocce ball Trophy!



Teams of 4 will compete in the Limoneira Bocce Ball tournament for a $500 prize and bragging rights to the Best Bocce Team in Ventura! This double elimination tournament is open for beginner teams and pro, a $250 entry fee will get your team in the tournament. Tournament fees will include entry into the festival/VIP tasting lounge and the tournament.

We invite you to visit Limoneira to practice before the festival; there are 12 beautiful, tournament size courts. If you have your own set of balls, the courts are open all week unless there is an event going on. If you would like to borrow a set of bocce balls or to check on court availability please contact:

Highway Starr is Southern California’s premier high energy Modern country rock band. Playing today’s hottest country hits with a splash of yesterday’s favorites; this band has been tearing up the West Coast country scene!
Not just another rehashed “Bar Band", Highway Starr has raised the standard by combining the music, attitude and showmanship in their concert style shows throughout the west coast. Their extensive set list includes hit songs by Jason Aldean, Luke Bryan, Florida Georgia Line, Kenny Chesney, Keith Urban, Eric Church and many more!
Spawn from the outskirts of Los Angeles, the band features lead vocalists, Daniel Alan along with Dave Rea on acoustic guitars and vocals. The veteran, quick-pickin’, “Uncle Marty" Wagner, rips it up on lead guitar, opposite the rolling thunder of Eric Sachs on bass and powerhouse drumming of Rob Jones who round out their driving rhythm section.
Highway Starr performs regularly throughout the southland at Toby Keith’s I Love This Bar, Canyon Club, Borderline, Brandin’ Iron, Fantasy Springs Resort and numerous corporate events. A recent private event for “The Great One" also landed the band to perform at The Bellagio, Law Vegas in 2015.

Dirty Rice is a 7-piece reggae band based in South Oxnard, California. The soulful sound of Dirty Rice is a mix of roots, rock, reggae and hints of ragga combined with never-ending drum grooves, acoustic guitar, wholesome keys, soothing vocal harmonies and rocking bass riffs. Dirty Rice’s island vibe style is great for all occasions and any crowd that likes to layback, chill, or party and groove on the dance floor. Their versatile blend, uplifting lyrics and sincere energy moves the crowd at any venue whether it be for intimate crowds at private parties, festivals, benefit shows to audiences at the House of Blues (Anaheim), The Mint (Los Angeles), SoHo (Santa Barbara), The Libbey Bowl (Ojai) to local spots in Ventura – Ventura Theater, Bombay’s, The Pierpont Inn and the place where it all began, Sam’s Saloon in South Oxnard. Dirty Rice is comprised of a group of local friends and a mix of family - Pika Maiava (drums), Mataio Valoaga (bass), Charleen Morla (keyboards), Mau Valoaga (Guitar) and combining the heavenly blends on the mics are vocals – Shirley Moore, Henry Otineru and Nasau Galeai. Dirty Rice has had the honor and privilege of backing headline acts including reggae legends from Pato Banton and Don Carlos to more current acts such as Lion, Rey Fresco, Jboog, Iration among other groups.

The Sound EffectThe Sound Effect band has been working in the music industry since 1978, providing entertainment for private engagements, clubs, fairs, and fund-raisers. They play a variety of styles including Rhythm & Blues, Soul, Pop, Funk, Rock and Jazz and pride themselves on their dedication to truly LIVE music. All instruments are played live and NO pre-recorded background tracks are never used at any live performances. Each individual's outstanding talent shines through at each performance and allows the freedom to change up the groove at any given moment. This keeps them fresh and that much more ready to give you a show you'll never forget! The fact that the core members of the group have been together for over 17 years makes this possible. Some of the artists Sound Effect has opened in concert for are: Lakeside, Mary Jane Girls, Big Mountain, and Tierra.
